Scholarships & Grants

7/8/08 - ATTENTION, AYEA Graduates, Members, Supporters, and Volunteers! My name is Sarabima Ifopo; I was a member of AYEA in 2004-2005, and I am currently working with AYEA this summer as an Outreach & Membership Assistant. One of my personal goals for the summer is to create a way to support AYEA graduates that want to go to college. I am spearheading the idea to create a Future Education Fund scholarship that could be used by AYEA high school graduates in need of financial aid for school. The reason why I wanted to create this fund is to help an upcoming AYEA student like myself, who is in need of financial support. It is important to have a fund made available to students that are willing to make a difference and also striving for the best of their community. I am seeking help and input from other AYEA graduates, supporters, and volunteers to get this project going. If you can support this fund, or have any questions about the fund, you can contact me at my office, (907) 339-3910 or AKIn...@nwf.org.
